BUSINESS ANALYST

BPI Wealth seeks an Agile Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and Agile development teams by gathering and translating requirements, driving collaboration, and ensuring delivery of high-value solutions that enhance processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration, workshops, and techniques like user stories and process flows.
• Partner with product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, support sprint/release planning, and ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support delivery by validating requirements, conducting UAT, resolving defects, and recommending process or customer experience improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with proven experience as a Business/Agile/Solutions Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and requirements management practices including user stories and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in SDLC and exposure to investment, accounting, or related domains preferred.
