Technical Business Analyst (Solutions Designer)

• Responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of new and enhanced products and services.
• This role involves managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, finance, and QA, to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• The position requires balancing customer needs with technical feasibility to achieve strong product-market fit.
• Key responsibilities include defining user experiences, creating mock-ups and wireframes, managing project timelines, and coordinating across teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential to drive product initiatives from concept to launch within budget and schedule

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies

• Product Solutions Designer/Managers may come from a technical or business background but a strong technical background -- namely having the ability to read source code.
• Previous experience in product and software development, design or digital marketing provides a useful background.
• They must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives is important.
• Strong background in process and business operations

Work set-up:

• Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid - 2x a week onsite)
• Schedule: Regular day shift (Monday to Friday)
