Business Analyst

Role Summary

Support the Trading Oil & Shipping business by managing requirements, user support, testing, and enhancements for Medissys (ETRM – Energy Trading & Risk Management). Act as the key liaison between business users and development teams to ensure smooth delivery and operation of critical trading systems.

Key Responsibilitie

• Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Work closely with development teams to deliver system enhancements
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage defect reporting
• Conduct functional testing, UAT, and non-regression testing
• Support change management, user adoption, and documentation
• Monitor Medissys application servers and services and assist with issue resolution

Requirements

• Degree in Commodity Trading, Oil Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields
• 5–10 years of supporting Commodity Trading system
• Experience with ETRM platforms, preferably Medissys
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user support, testing, and documentation.
