Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare technology, particularly in implementing and managing Hospital Information Systems (HIS). The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting business analysis, defining project requirements, and facilitating product development using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis to define project requirements for healthcare technology projects, particularly HIS. Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business needs.
- Agile and Scrum Management: Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management, sprint planning, daily review, and user story grooming.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between health care professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
- Training and Support: Develop and conduct user acceptance training (UAT) and key user training (KUT) to facilitate smooth transition to new systems. Provide post-go-live support to users.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project-related documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Design Specification Documents (DSD), User Stories, Training Materials, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in quality testing of new systems to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Project Management Support: Assist in various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Hospital Information Systems.
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) are preferred.
