Job Description
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Background in civil works is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Tile installation and repair
- Woodworks
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to travel between assigned site
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct repairs and renovations as needed, ensuring all work is compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of building supplies and equipment.
- Respond to service requests and work orders promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Field work, construction repairing, painting, masonry
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Must be able to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
