Job Description

Position: Budget & Planning Officer

Location: Makati City (On-site)

Role Overview: Corporate Planning / Strategic Planning Support

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support the Bank's strategic planning and corporate planning initiatives. This role plays a key part in budget consolidation, business planning, performance monitoring, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the review, validation, and consolidation of budget, forecast, and financial submissions from Business Units.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining strategic planning documentation, including reports, research, and meeting minutes.
  • Help organize and coordinate strategic planning sessions, meetings, and related activities.
  • Monitor business targets, OPEX, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Corporate Planning Office in ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing management presentations and ad hoc reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Must have a college degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Economics or any equivalent/related field.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office tools
  • Excellent Communication skills
