Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and staff deployment
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service coordination
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
  • Maintain good relationships with business and residential clients
  • Help grow B2B partnerships and B2C customer base
  • Ensure operational targets and agreed targets are set and met by all managers
  • Ensure marketing activities support business growth, learner engagement, brand awareness, and public relations
  • Review operating processes and procedures; implement improvements where necessary
  • Keep employees motivated and organize training and development aligned with succession plans
  • Ensure the business operates within the companys mission and values, driving customer satisfaction and reporting issues to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
  • Work with managers to maximize employee performance
  • Drive profitability and strategic growth initiatives
  • Support the development and execution of company strategy for sustainable growth
  • Develop strategic operating plans aligned with long-term objectives set by the Board
  • Maintain transparent communication with the COO regarding daily operations
  • Lead execution and development of the organizations vision and mission
  • Ensure operational planning and quality assurance systems are implemented and followed
  • Ensure financial planning and control systems are in place and complied with
  • Assume full accountability to the COO for company operations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to sustain growth
  • Oversee development and management of technological infrastructure and information systems
  • Provide strategic advice and industry insights to the COO and Board
  • Develop and maintain research and development programs to keep the company competitive
  • Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategies
  • Ensure operating objectives and performance standards are clearly understood and achieved
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively
  • Build and maintain a strong management team
  • Monitor operational and financial performance against plans and budgets; take corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain overall operational performance of the company
  • Represent the company to major customers and professional associations
  • Lead development and implementation of company policies
  • Act as a role model and drive continuous improvement in compliance and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Monitor external factors (social, political, economic, technical, legal) and respond strategically
  • Manage and motivate teams to meet client and management expectations
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and succession planning initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management, business development, or leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and health and safety standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
  • Ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency
