We are hiring a Broker Sales Director for Laguna and Cavite.
This role is anchored and is built for a leader who can grow broker networks, improve channel productivity, and strengthen broker engagement and performance.
What you will do
• Lead broker sales growth across Laguna and Cavite
• Manage broker network relationships and channel activity
• Improve broker productivity, activation, and follow-through
• Work with internal teams on priorities, coordination, and performance visibility
• Strengthen broker channel structure, momentum, and accountability
What we need
• Strong broker-channel or channel sales leadership experience
• Real estate background
• Experience handling brokers, networks, or regional channel performance
• Strong relationship-building and execution discipline
• Clear communication and leadership maturity
• Laguna and Cavite market relevance
Strong advantage
• Broker Sales Director, Broker Network Head, Channel Sales Head, Broker Relations Head, or strong broker-channel leader
• Developer-side or structured brokerage environment
• Strong regional broker activation experience
