Description

  • Address Brand Protection Compliance inquires and escalate to management when appropriate
  • Provide technical brand protection guidance via team run book procedures
  • Provide first level customer support to address brand issues and provide remediation guidance to ensure potential liabilities have been mitigated
  • Leverage vendor tools to identify brand compliance workloads and confirm violations through the collection of appropriate evidence
  • Maintain a basic understanding of card brands, sponsor banks, company product and market evolution, current credit policies, and other industry changes, including but not limited to FDA, FCC, and other government regulations, public impacting factors, vendor provided education, and etc.
  • Provide external merchant and internal stakeholder consultations in accordance with card brand compliance regulations
  • Maintain merchants High Risk Registration Accreditation status for all impacted merchants
  • Support the Operational Compliance Team via providing all necessary reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be open to working onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • One to two years detailed card industry experience dealing with the card brands, networks, vendors and operational areas a plus
  • Working knowledge of card brand/ payment processing industry
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Ability to support a cohesive team environment
  • Willingness to actively collaborate with peers / leaders in support of business initiatives
  • High Initiative, self-starter, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where priorities change quickly and often
  • Ability to evaluate information and provide risk based assessments
  • Experience in Payments Compliance with a Customer Satisfaction emphasis preferred
  • Internal GPN / HPS / TSYS Systems knowledge a plus
