Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Brand Research & Strategy

  • Conduct research and analysis on the companys brand positioning and product market positioning.
  • Assist in formulating brand strategies and comprehensive brand planning proposals.

Integrated Marketing Planning

  • Support brand management by helping plan annual, quarterly, and monthly integrated marketing programs based on the companys brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Creative & Promotional Planning

  • Develop plans for brand image promotion, including conceptualizing campaign themes, writing creative content, and supporting promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute to advertising creative design and assist in execution to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Brand Activities & Media Strategy

  • Assist in the planning of brand-related events and promotional activities, including brand ambassadors or endorsers.
  • Develop media strategies that effectively enhance brand influence and visibility.
  • Support the coordination and execution of brand campaigns to achieve measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging brand concepts.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in brand planning, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
