Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Job Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000
A Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen brand identity, increase market awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role collaborates with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Define and maintain the brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across campaigns, platforms, and materials.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, PR).
- Coordinate with advertising, design, and content teams to launch campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
3. Market & Consumer Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and brand perception.
- Use insights to refine brand strategy and messaging.
4. Content & Brand Communication
- Collaborate with content teams to create brand-aligned marketing materials.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across websites, ads, social media, and offline materials.
- Manage brand storytelling and customer engagement initiatives.
5. Brand Performance Analysis
- Track brand KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and market share.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare reports and present insights to management.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and media.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in: Brand marketing,Marketing strategy, Advertising or digital marketing
