Job Description

The Brand Manager ensures that all materials internal and external are in line with branding guidelines, be it the use of guidelines, or in terms of tonality and personality. Responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all materials are in line with the UB's over-all strategy and contribute to strengthen the UB Brand
  • Develop strategy for the different product and services to ensure customers find the products relevant and will contribute to the over-all message of the brand
  • Help develop materials (internal and external) that best communicates the brand, the product, services and features that best communicates it's relevance and drives customers to action.
  • Analyze materials to help improve performance.
  • Strengthen brand equity through various channels and materials which include social media posts, merchandising, internal posts, etc.
  • Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and it's goals.
  • Manage UB merchandise from product development to logistics .Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with brand management experience from FMCG and QSRs.
  • With digital and tech experience.
  • With background in Finance.
