Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies
  • Create campaign ideas and integrated marketing programs (online & offline)

Media & Campaign Management

  • Evaluate and negotiate media, sponsorships, and partnership
  • Plan, book, and monitor campaigns
  • Manage budgets and track spending
  • Ensure all materials are delivered on time
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI

Program & Promotions

  • Execute marketing programs, including partner and end-user promotions
  • Manage communication and monitor campaign progress
  • Support rewards and claims processing

Events & Sponsorships

  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Identify opportunities for brand exposure

Client Management

  • Coordinate with Client, internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Provide regular updates on projects, budgets, and deliverables

Project Management

  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee campaign execution from planning to closure (including invoicing)

Reporting

  • Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or brand management
  • Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation
