Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree holder or graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with degree in Business or Marketing or Communications or Technology.
- With at least 5 years work experience, preferably from FMCG/digital solutions/eBanking/E-commerce companies.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Project management skills is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, DBU, TMD, Product and other cross-functional teams to develop activation programs to grow the base of TNT users in identified key locations:
New site rollouts
5G/5G SA rollouts
GTM Attack provinces (P1, P2)
- Develop and implement programs for E-Commerce (Smart App, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and strategic key accounts (Hatchiko, SM, etc.) to drive TNT SIM activations.
- Plan and roll-out go-to-market strategies to acquire identified priority segments/consumer groups relevant to TNT (i.e. riders).
- Work with external groups to forge partnerships, co-branding activities to promote use of TNT SIMs (Reverse Bundling)
