Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies
- Create campaign ideas and integrated marketing programs (online & offline)
Media & Campaign Management
- Evaluate and negotiate media, sponsorships, and partnership
- Plan, book, and monitor campaigns
- Manage budgets and track spending
- Ensure all materials are delivered on time
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
Program & Promotions
- Execute marketing programs, including partner and end-user promotions
- Manage communication and monitor campaign progress
- Support rewards and claims processing
Events & Sponsorships
- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorships
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure
Client Management
- Coordinate with Client, internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Provide regular updates on projects, budgets, and deliverables
Project Management
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee campaign execution from planning to closure (including invoicing)
Reporting
- Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation
