We are looking for a
Brand Manager who can drive brand growth through strategic marketing, product management, and customer engagement across retail and digital channels. Preferred candidate demonstrates strong experience in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and retail operations—someone who can lead cross-functional teams and turn insights into impactful brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
- Strong background in brand strategy and marketing execution
- Experience handling digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Exposure to 360 Marketing is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans for assigned brands in line with the company's overall goals and direction
- Perform market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong brand identities, including brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce innovative and visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve the brand's business and profitability goals.
- Translate the principal's direction into localized vision, mission, and objectives to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Stay updated on emerging market trends, new brands, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product innovations to maintain market competitiveness.
Product Management
- Oversee the product lifecycle from planning to post-launch evaluation
- Coordinate with merchandising teams on product assortments aligned with consumer preferences
- Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory to support profitability
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis
Marketing and Promotions
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and retail channels
- Manage social media presence and customer engagement initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Support brand awareness, customer experience, and customer loyalty initiatives
Retail Operations
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail and distribution channels
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with sales teams to support customer experience initiatives
Brand Partnerships and Collaboration
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to strengthen brand visibility
- Coordinate and manage relationships with influencers, retailers, and other stakeholders
Budget Management
- Manage marketing and promotional budgets
- Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of resources
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor brand associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Creatives
- Support timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives
