What You'll Do:

  • Develops and shapes the innovation pipeline for the skincare category by identifying whitespace opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strong product direction and growth potential.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to translate product concepts into viable and differentiated offerings.
  • Oversees end-to-end project execution by managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from ideation and incubation through to successful commercialization.
  • Responsible for the development of comprehensive business cases, including volume projections, revenue forecasts, and profitability assessments to support product launch decisions.
  • Drives go-to-market preparation and launch execution by ensuring alignment across all functions on product positioning, readiness, and rollout plans.
  • Continuously monitors post-launch performance, gathers consumer and customer insights, and supports reporting and recommendations to improve existing products and inform future innovation initiatives.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • At Brand Manager level, with experience in new product development and end-to-end product management, ideally within the skincare or personal care category.
  • Strong background in market and consumer insights, with the ability to translate data, trends, and consumer behavior into actionable business opportunities.
  • Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, analytical capability, and strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail, highly results-driven, and able to work independently while influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, resourceful, and persistent with a strong learning mindset, showing adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Experience in FMCG or Direct Selling industries is an advantage, with exposure to dynamic, high-growth, and competitive market environments.
