Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Co-develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for multiple brands or product segments within the fats and oil category.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze sales, marketing data, and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing plans, including the management of existing product portfolios, test markets, and new product launches for major/flagship brands.
- Annual Brand Planning: Co-create annual brand plans that align with category marketing strategies, ensuring long-term growth and brand strength.
- Market Insights & Trends: Conduct thorough analysis of market conditions, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to develop impactful programs that enhance brand equity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Ad & Media, Sales, R&D, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and brand-related initiatives.
- Packaging & Merchandising: Coordinate the development of product packaging designs and merchandising materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer preferences.
- Reporting & Brand Health: Monitor and report on the health and performance of the brands, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek feedback from field teams and external stakeholders to refine marketing strategies and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, promptly reporting any concerns to the Food Safety Team.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any related field.

Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or a related industry, with a proven track record in brand management or marketing.
