Job Summary:
The UBO Business Marketing & CLM BM is the overall owner of business and marketing strategies and plans for assigned segment and products responsible for achieving short- to long-term financial and brand objectives. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, account balances, portfolio actions, and customer satisfaction in order to increase volume, value, market share, and positive associations for assigned segment and products. The BM collaborates with counterpart Product Development Manager (PDM), Compliance and Governance Lead, internal cross-functional partners, and relevant external partners & stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
The UBO Marketing & CLM BM leads the overall management and growth of UnionBank Online in the ff broad areas that include but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy & Planning - Develops & recommends marketing mix strategies and plans for assigned products & services across target customer segments, anchored on data-driven analysis and insights (customer, product, company, market), relevant customer journeys, industry best practices, and relevant experiences.
Brand Campaigns - Develops, recommends, and implements marketing programs, initiatives and campaigns for assigned products, rooted on a deep understanding of the customer, the brand, and the macro-environment in order to increase customer acquisition and product usage, enhance customer experience, across target audience segments. Collaborates with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution and achievement of campaign objectives and relevant standards.
Brand Operations: Conducts periodic performance reviews for retail deposit products and makes the necessary recommendations to ensure targets are met and performance remains on track. Manages the OpEx and CapEx expenditures, risk assessment and action planning in accordance with regulatory, compliance and audit standards.
