About The Job
As the Brand & Innovation Assistant, you will provide executional support across brand performance tracking, innovation project coordination, and agency management. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day tasks—from gathering and analyzing market data to managing documentation and performance reports. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in brand building and innovation processes. You will play a key supporting role in keeping projects on track, data up to date, and teams aligned across multiple markets and categories.
Main Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Performance
- Support the Brand Manager in the execution and evaluation of brand strategy: in-market activations and innovation
- Support Consumer, Shopper, and HCP activities such as but not limited to: consumer and HCP campaign activation, shopper materials deployment, sampling, etc.
- Supports market research and analysis - track and archive competitor activities
- Help consolidate brand performance KPIs
- Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and other documents
Agency Management
- Set up regular meetings with agency partners to track ongoing projects
- Monitor the progress of agency projects to ensure timely delivery
- Track and analyze performance metrics of agency campaigns
- Prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of agency work
A&P Management
- Create POs for creative agencies
- Track PO and conduct GR for HQ A&P
- Consolidate monthly A&P Landing Estimates per market
- Track year-to-date actuals and year-to-go plan phasing per market/per activity
Administrative tasks
- Support data Entry and database management
- Support preparation of performance reports
- Document Preparation& Management
- Maintain and organize digital files
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communication related courses
- At least 1 year experience in marketing and merchandising for a retail or FMCG company. However, FRESH GRADUATES are still welcome to apply.
