Role Overview
As a Customer Service Trainee, you are the future voice of our company. This is an entry-level growth role designed for individuals who are passionate about helping people but may be new to the professional service world. You will undergo a structured training program to learn our products, our communication style, and how to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Participate in daily training sessions to master our product features, company policies, and service software (CRM).
- Shadowing: Observe senior team members to learn how to handle various customer scenarios, from simple questions to complex problem-solving.
- Inbound Support: Gradually begin handling live customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat under the guidance of a mentor.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with basic needs like order tracking, account updates, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our system to ensure our records stay up to date.
- Feedback Integration: Actively apply coaching and feedback from supervisors to improve your communication and technical skills.
