Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable handling bookkeeping tasks alongside basic email communication. Candidates with accounting knowledge will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter invoices and financial data into bookkeeping systems
  • Record and reconcile receipt payments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Monitor incoming emails and flag important messages
  • Respond to simple email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with general administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Provide flexible support across a variety of tasks as required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience using QuickBooks
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexible and willing to assist with a range of tasks as needed
  • Reliable and trustworthy when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Some formal accounting knowledge or experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Work Arrangement:


  • On-site or hybrid, Clark Office
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
