Job Description

Office Beacon Philippines is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is an onsite role and candidates must be able to start immediately.

What We're Looking For

  • Preferably an Accounting graduate
  • Experience as an Accounting Virtual Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
  • Careful, organized, and able to work independently
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Able to start immediately
  • CPA license is a plus but not required

What You'll Do

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Check and reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Keep financial records up to date using QuickBooks
  • Help with bookkeeping and month-end tasks
  • Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and simple reports
  • Make sure financial information is accurate and complete
  • Provide general accounting support as needed
