Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and up to date. You'll work closely with the business owner and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Prepare basic financial reports (weekly/monthly)
Monitor supplier invoices and client billing
Assist with BIR compliance and tax filing preparation
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
At least 1-3 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience (experience in trading or supply business is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is an advantage
Familiar with BIR regulations and basic Philippine taxation
Highly organized, honest, and able to work independently
Can commit to at least 12 days per week or as agreed
