We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-driven Bookkeeper who can take full ownership of financial records across a growing, multi-location studio environment. This role is not transactional — it requires end-to-end control of the books, from daily entries to executive-level financial reporting.
You will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in all reporting. This role directly supports leadership decision-making and requires strong judgment, accountability, and independence.
This is best suited for someone who has already managed the full bookkeeping cycle independently and can operate without constant supervision.

- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards with full accuracy
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting workpapers
- Reconcile Stripe deposits against revenue data

Reporting & Insights
- Deliver monthly financial statement packages (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, TTM reports)
- Provide variance analysis and clear explanations to leadership
- Support cash flow tracking and forecasting
- Assist in budget development and financial planning
Revenue & Allocation
- Record and validate revenue from Mariana Tek or similar systems
- Allocate subscriptions and income streams accurately across locations
- Track multiple revenue types (memberships, events, retail, training)
Vendor & Expense Management
- Process and track vendor payments and subscriptions
- Maintain organized invoice and payment records
- Monitor expenses and identify efficiency opportunities
Payroll & Contractor Oversight

What We're Looking For

- High attention to detail — errors are not acceptable in this role
- Ability to explain financials clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Organized, consistent, and accountable
- Experience in service-based businesses (fitness/wellness preferred)
Non-Negotiables
- You have done full-cycle bookkeeping hands-on (not partial exposure)
- You can produce complete and accurate financial statements monthly
- You are comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling discrepancies
- You can work independently with minimal supervision
