ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Bookkeeper, you will ensure the seamless execution of payroll processes and maintain up-to-date employee records. Your role extends to data entry, bookkeeping, and financial reporting to provide precise and timely information. You will assist in the preparation of draft Business Activity Statements (BAS) and support an Australian accounting firm daily. Mastery in managing accounts receivable and payable, performing bank reconciliations, and contributing to month-end financial close activities will be your forte. Additionally, you'll set up and maintain Xero files, oversee superannuation processes, and handle various administrative finance tasks.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Solid experience with accounting tools, specifically Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• A background in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
