Description

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for analysis.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in software such as QuickBooks or similar.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours.
