Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting requirements.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as needed.

Must Haves:

  • At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in the Australian market
  • Hands-n experience with Xero and MYOB
  • Hands-on experience with Hubdoc and Dext
  • Experience with Karbon
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
