We are looking for a dedicated BIM Modeler (M&E) to support the preparation, development, and coordination of BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free models.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop BIM models for M&E systems according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashes in 3D models and support overall design coordination.
- Comply with deliverable deadlines set by the Team Leader.
- Ensure that systems, layers, filters, and Revit families are properly organized and aligned with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Set up templates for M&E systems, architectural backgrounds, and drawing sheets whenever required.
- Liaise with Team Leaders and Engineers regarding project requirements, updates, and submissions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Experience in BIM modelling for M&E/MEP projects (Revit MEP experience required).
- Understanding of coordination processes and clash avoidance.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
