Job Description

As the HR Team Lead, you are the engine that drives our People Operations. You will balance hands-on HR management with the leadership of a dedicated team of HR Generalists and Specialists. Your mission is to ensure that our HR servicesfrom onboarding to offboardingare delivered with excellence, consistency, and a human-centric approach. You act as the bridge between high-level HR strategy and daily operational execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage the daily workload of the HR team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance processes run smoothly and accurately.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly look for friction in our HR workflows. You will design and implement smarter, faster, and more automated ways to handle HR tasks.
  • Employee Relations Escalation: Serve as the first point of contact for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and ensuring fair resolution of workplace conflicts.
  • Compliance & Audit: Act as the guardian of our HR data. You will ensure all policies, employee files, and labor law requirements are 100% up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Project Management: Lead internal HR projects such as the implementation of new HRIS modules, wellness programs, or updated performance management cycles.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics (like time-to-fill or turnover) and present regular Health of the Team reports to HR leadership.
