Job Description

Responsibilities

Billing Preparation

  • Generate monthly statements of account (SOA) for homeowners/tenants
  • Compute charges such as association dues, utilities (water, electricity), parking fees, and penalties.

Accounts Monitoring

  • Track payments and outstanding balances
  • Maintain updated records of each unit owner's ledger

Collections Support

  • Follow up on overdue accounts via email, calls, or notices
  • Assist in implementing collection policies and payment arrangements

Payment Processing

  • Record payments (cash, check, bank transfer, online payments)
  • Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation

Coordination

  • Work closely with accounting, property management, and admin teams
  • Address resident inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or concerns

Reporting

  • Prepare aging of receivables and collection reports
  • Assist in financial reconciliation and audit requirements

Qualifications

  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (College Graduate)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or property management systems)
  • Good communication skills (important for dealing with residents)
  • Proficiency in Excel and billing systems
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
