ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your role ensures precise project billing through calculating labor hours, material purchases, and equipment rentals. You will manage the accurate flow of invoicing, supporting client satisfaction, and maintaining financial integrity. Working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines, you'll navigate night shifts, ensuring all invoices are prepared and processed without delay.

As you coordinate with project managers and field staff, you'll collect and verify all necessary documentation to ensure billing meets contract requirements, maintaining harmony across departments. Your role involves direct communication with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and generating detailed account statements.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3 to 5 years of experience in billing within the construction or industrial electrical industries
• Proficiency with Spectrum billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in financial calculations and data entry
