Job Description
The Product Pricing Request Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for handling pricing requests from stakeholders. This role involves analyzing pricing data, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to pricing inquiries. The Product Pricing Request Fulfillment Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining pricing integrity, optimizing pricing processes, and supporting the organization's pricing strategy
Duties And Responsibilities
Requirements Validation and Quality Control
- Review and validate bid, RFP, RFQ, and accreditation requirements for completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
- Ensure all customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements are fully captured and traceable in bid documentation.
Compliance and Risk Assurance
- Verify that bid responses comply with government, corporate, and accreditation standards and submission guidelines.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks in requirements and escalate issues prior to submission.
Cross-Functional Review and Coordination
- Work closely with the Bid Manager and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm ownership of responses.
- Coordinate structured reviews and quality checkpoints throughout the bid lifecycle.
Document Review and Approval
- Conduct quality reviews of bid kits, supporting documents, and final submissions to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Validate that client clarifications and amendments are accurately reflected in updated bid requirements.
Process and Standards Enforcement
- Define and enforce QA standards, checklists, and review criteria for bid and accreditation activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal QA processes, version control, and document management practices.
Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to maintaining a library of validated, reusable responses and standard requirements.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance bid quality and efficiency.
Reporting and Quality Metrics
- Track and report quality-related metrics such as defects, rework, compliance gaps, and submission readiness.
- Provide quality status updates to leadership ahead of bid submissions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience with hands-on experience on quality assurance, document reviews and bid process mgt
- Proven experience reviewing and validating:
- Government and/or corporate bids and tenders
- RFPs, RFQs, and accreditation questionnaires
- Contractual, legal, financial, and technical requirements
- Formal education in quality assurance, compliance, governance, or risk management Demonstrated experience working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Mgt or related field
