We are looking for motivated and energetic Back of the House Staff to join our growing team! We are hiring for multiple roles including Line Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Fry, Grill, Saut, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, and Steward.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized regularly.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with health department standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, contributing creative ideas.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high service standards.
