Bartender

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Makati. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with menu specifications while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Additional tasks include managing the bar inventory, assisting in maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, and ensuring cash handling accuracy. The Bartender will work closely with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide a positive guest experience and interact effectively with team members and patrons.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including bartending techniques and drink recipes.
• Previous bartending experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in food and beverage handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
