Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee based in Tarlac City. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting different departments in daily operations, overseeing staff to ensure efficient service, and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, analyzing operational performance, and supporting the team in achieving organizational goals. The role also includes learning leadership and managerial skills under the guidance of experienced professionals to prepare for future leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Basic understanding of inventory management, staff scheduling, and overall restaurant operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and foster teamwork
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities with enthusiasm
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry is a plus.

• Atleast 5'6 in height for males and 5'4 for females.
• Willing to relocate to the other branches.
