We're hiring: E-Commerce Growth Manager (B2B)

Remote / Hybrid | SEO | Conversion & Revenue focused

Maxisafe is looking for a commercial, hands-on E-Commerce Growth Manager to own and grow our digital revenue engine.

This is not a traditional online store role.

Maxisafe sells through a preferred distributor network and authenticated distributor login portal.

Your role is to manage the search-to-sale journey — turning demand into real revenue through conversion, basket growth and performance optimisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on execution role focused on conversion, basket growth and revenue performance.

Success is defined by sales outcomes — not activity.

You will

Drive revenue & basket growth

• Own digital revenue via the distributor login portal

• Increase average order value and basket size through cross-sell and upsell

• Implement promotions, pop-ups and targeted offers

• Use segmentation to deliver the right engagement at the right time

Own search-to-sale performance

• Manage the full journey from search → product → purchase pathway

• Remove friction and improve conversion across the website

• Ensure clear pathways to purchase via distributor login, quote or contact

Lead SEO & content performance

• Own SEO strategy so customers find Maxisafe when searching safety products

• Create buyer-intent content that captures AI-driven and search demand

• Ensure all website content is SEO optimised and commercially effective

• Build authority positioning Maxisafe as a leading safety manufacturer in Australia

Optimise website experience

• Improve navigation, product discovery and merchandising

• Optimise landing pages, product pages and conversion elements

• Work within and optimise the StraightSell platform

Drive performance through data

• Deep dive into customer behaviour and sales data

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue

• Deliver monthly reporting with clear insights and optimisation actions

• Apply a test → learn → optimise approach

What you bring

• Proven experience growing B2B e-commerce revenue

• Strong SEO and SEM capability tied to commercial outcomes

• Hands-on experience improving conversion, UX and basket size

• Experience working with distributor-led or indirect sales models advantageous

• Experience working with customised WordPress environments (or similar), with strong preference for StraightSell, alongside HubSpot and ERP systems such as NetSuite

• Strong analytical, commercial and data-driven mindset
