Office Beacon is hiring an E-Commerce Product Data & Marketplace Specialist to ensure flawless product data management, listing accuracy, and marketplace execution across leading platforms. You'll be the key driver of compliance, product data integrity, and successful launches, working cross-functionally to support sales, customer service, and vendor management teams.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about e-commerce operations.
What You'll Do
- Compliance & Issue Resolution: Monitor product field requirements, update compliance data, and resolve listing issues across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Product Data Support: Own product data accuracy, prepare sales materials, maintain PIM records, and respond to product data inquiries.
- Inventory Feeds & Reporting: Set up inventory feeds, align with ERP levels, manage discontinued SKUs, and coordinate catalog removals.
- Listing Content & Accuracy: Deliver SKU data sheets, enhance listings with SEO and compliance notes, audit live listings, and manage corrections.
- Marketplace Launch & Execution: Upload and launch SKUs, manage partner onboarding templates, coordinate seasonal refreshes, and ensure assortments remain accurate.
- Partner Collaboration: Serve as the direct point of contact for e-commerce partners, handling assortment, product data, and compliance requests.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in e-commerce operations, product data management, or marketplace execution
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across platforms
- Familiarity with ERP, PIM, and marketplace systems (Wayfair, Houzz, Anthropologie, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement
