The Role
We are looking for a professional, articulate, and driven
B2B Appointment Setterto join our growing team. In this role, your primary focus will be initiating conversations with business leaders to introduce our Managed IT Services.
You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your objective is to identify the right contact, navigate gatekeepers, ask high-level qualifying questions, and schedule a discovery call for our senior sales team. You will be provided with premium sourcing tools and direct coaching from management to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research:Identify potential B2B clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Sourcing:Utilize company-provided premium tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha) to find accurate contact information and direct phone numbers for key decision-makers.
- Outbound Calling:Conduct professional outbound cold calls to business owners, directors, and executives.
- Qualifying:Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their current IT setup and identify potential needs for our services.
- Appointment Setting:Successfully schedule qualified discovery calls between the prospect and our closing team.
- Pipeline Management:Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect information in our CRM.
Qualifications
- B2B Experience:Proven experience in B2B outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.(Please note: We are specifically looking for B2B experience; backgrounds limited to B2C consumer sales, such as retail insurance or consumer telco, will not be considered).
- Executive Communication:Excellent spoken and written English. You must be confident, professional, and comfortable speaking directly with C-level executives and business owners without relying on a rigid script.
- Tech-Friendly:You do not need to be an IT engineer, but you must have the aptitude to understand high-level Managed IT Services concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Hunter Mentality:Resilient, highly organized, and comfortable navigating gatekeepers to reach the decision-maker.
- Coachable:Willingness to learn our structured processes, accept feedback, and continuously refine your approach.
