Job Description:

As a UK B2B Appointment Setter , you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion into the corporate market. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential business prospects, introducing them to the brand's services, and securing quality meetings for the sales team.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, UK business hours (approximately 10:00-17:00 GMT)

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across various sectors in the UK.
Research and build qualified prospect lists targeting office managers and business decision-makers.
Effectively communicate the company's value proposition for office beverage and alcohol supply.
Handle objections professionally to secure in-person or virtual meeting appointments.
Book and manage appointments for the internal UK-based sales team.
Maintain precise records of all call outcomes and interactions within the CRM system.
Follow up with interested leads to confirm and finalize meeting schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements

Professional spoken English with clear communication skills suitable for engaging UK-based clients in a business setting.
Proven track record in outbound B2B telemarketing or appointment setting roles.
Demonstrated ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers at the corporate level.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to maintain energy throughout outbound shifts.
High degree of organization to manage large volumes of data and prospect lists.
Professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
It helps if you have experience in the beverage, food, or hospitality supply industry.
Bonus if you have experience with lead generation tools and CRM management.
