Job Description:
As a UK B2B Appointment Setter , you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion into the corporate market. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential business prospects, introducing them to the brand's services, and securing quality meetings for the sales team.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, UK business hours (approximately 10:00-17:00 GMT)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across various sectors in the UK.
- Research and build qualified prospect lists targeting office managers and business decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition for office beverage and alcohol supply.
- Handle objections professionally to secure in-person or virtual meeting appointments.
- Book and manage appointments for the internal UK-based sales team.
- Maintain precise records of all call outcomes and interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested leads to confirm and finalize meeting schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- Professional spoken English with clear communication skills suitable for engaging UK-based clients in a business setting.
- Proven track record in outbound B2B telemarketing or appointment setting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers at the corporate level.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to maintain energy throughout outbound shifts.
