About the Role

As an Auxiliary Governance Officer (AGO) and Operations Officer for SBM Leasing, Inc., you will be assisting the Operations Head in implementing policies, programs, plans and strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the department. You will handle certain functions within the department as may be delegated by the Operations Head to meet the business requirements of the company.

How you'll contribute

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of required documents
  • Ensures consistent monitoring of document deficiency and timely renewals of insurance
  • Ensures timely registration of security documents
  • Ensures department compliance to policies and timely submission of audit requirements
  • Ensures proper selection and adherence to policies in relation to accreditation of external service provider
  • Ensures consistent adherence and delivery of services in the SLA
  • Ensures that internal and external BLAs are timely presented to the SBC Outsourcing committee
  • Ensure implementation of workable end-end modules in Leasewave in coordination with IT and Odessa

What we're looking for

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Business, Finance, or any related course
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in handling credit and appraisal, credit review, lease/loan documentation, and insurance monitoring
  • Can communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to coordinate, negotiate and execute programs, procedures and activities of the department and company
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications and Loan Origination/Management Systems
