The Product Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing product expertise, assisting in client engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, product managers, and technical teams.
- Assist the sales team in presenting IT products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategy.
- Coordinate with product managers, marketing, and technical teams for product positioning and sales alignment.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field with confidence, desire, and enthusiasm to pursue a career in Sales.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year proven experience in Sales or similar role is an advantage (preferably in the IT industry).
