Job Description
- Innovative Architect - Conceptualize and implement advanced RPA solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in automation
- Code Artisan - Write, optimize and deploy complex automation scripts with a keen eye for performance, ensuring seamless integration within our diverse tech landscape
- Strategic Technologies - Spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies, advising on their integration and aligning automation efforts with organizational goals
- Leadership Luminary - Mentor Junior Engineers, share your wealth of knowledge via Tech Sessions, and contribute to the strategic planning of our automation roadmap
- Critical Troubleshooter - Diagnose intricate issues, employing wealth of experiences to resolve challenges promptly and maintaining the resilience of our automated processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Robotics, or any related field (or equivalent practical experiences)
- Extensive experience as an RPA Developer with proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects
- Mastery of RPA tools such as UiPath, IBM RPA, Laiye RPA and/or Selenium coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
- Creative problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and a proven ability to mentor and lead a team
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex technical concept
