Test Automation Engineer

Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in activities that enhance the quality and reliability of software products through the use of automation tools and methodologies. Your typical day involves overseeing the entire quality engineering process with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure precision and consistency. You will collaborate with various teams to implement effective testing strategies that support the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. - Continuously evaluate and improve automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium. - Strong knowledge of software testing principles and automation best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for test automation. - Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Manila office.
