Test Automation Engineer

Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in daily activities that involve applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your work will focus on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with an emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and data integrity. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that testing efforts align with project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement.

Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tricentis Tosca.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tricentis Tosca.
