Job Description
Supervise and guide all Audit Staff during audit of business operations, manufacturing processes, finances, field work and audit reporting
with emphasis in the observance and compliance of policies and procedures of the company.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure awareness of all policies and procedures of the company as reference of audit activities.
- Responsible for the daily supervision of Audit Staff and the completion of performance evaluation.
- Assist in developing annual audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
- Develop and modify the audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
- Support the implementation and execution of the audit plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings and
recommendations to Audit Manager.
- Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.
- Help resolve the problems and concerns faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork.
