About the Role
We're looking for an HR Executive who wants to move beyond routine HR and instead build, improve, and scale the systems that grow people and teams in an entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving talent challenges, strengthening culture, and designing practical HR structures in a scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates across roles
- Improve hiring processes, screening methods, and selection quality
- Strengthen Hyperbrands employer presence across platforms
- Training, Development & Evaluation
- Design and implement training programs to upskill teams
- Establish performance evaluation and feedback systems
- Help managers develop stronger people leadership practices
- HR Systems & Structure
- Create and improve HR processes, documentation, and workflows
- Maintain organized employee records and HR data
- Ensure HR compliance and policy clarity as the company grows
- Employee Growth & Engagement
- Support employee concerns, coaching, and development plans
- Facilitate engagement initiatives and team programs
- Strengthen culture, retention, and internal growth pathways

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in HR, recruitment, or talent development roles
- Fresh graduates of Psychology, HR, Business, or other related courses are welcome
- Experience in hiring, training, or performance management
- Organized, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working onsite in San Juan City (MonFri)
