OverviewThe Audit Officer is responsible for reviewing and validating weekly franchise store audit reports. This role ensures that all operational, brand, and compliance standards are consistently met across franchise stores. The Audit Officer evaluates each audit item, tags issues or non-compliance, monitors recurring concerns, and provides clear reporting to the Franchising Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Review weekly franchise owners audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Mark each audit checklist item as Done, Pending, Non-Compliant, or For Follow-up.
- Tag and categorize issues, including: operations, cleanliness, inventory, staffing, service, brand standards, and equipment.
- Identify trends, repeat violations, and high-risk store performance concerns.
- Prepare weekly summary reports for the Franchising Manager, highlighting:
- Stores with compliance issues
- Recurring operational gaps
- Franchisees needing intervention or support
- Ensure audit documentation is organized, up-to-date, and properly filed.
- Communicate with franchise owners for clarifications as needed.
- Work closely with the Franchising Manager to recommend actions for improvement.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational standards.
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and integrity at all times.
Qualifications- Experience in retail, food service, or franchise operations (preferred).
- Background in auditing, compliance, or quality control is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage weekly deadlines.
