As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for executing audit engagements and projects in accordance with the approved Audit Plan and applicable policies and standards. This role will serve as the Audit Engagement Team Lead and also oversees the performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning for team members.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Exposure to food manufacturing processes and internal auditing
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting Frameworks (e.g., PAS & PFRS)
- Basic knowledge of Philippine Tax Law (Income Tax, Withholding, VAT, Import/Export Tariff)
- Advanced knowledge of auditing standards, techniques, and reporting
- Skilled in risk identification, assessment, and management
- Experience in the manufacturing industry with a strong grasp of business functions and processes
- Proficient in project management
- Solid communication skills (verbal & written), report writing skills, organizational skills, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willing to be based either in Ortigas or Novaliches
